Submit with Us

The Virginia Law & Business Review publishes a fall, winter, and spring issue each academic year. We accept submissions on a rolling basis, and submissions should cover topics at the nexus of business trends and the law. Submissions can be in the form of articles, comments, book reviews, or speech transcripts and can come from an array of authors including academicians, practitioners, law clerks, policymakers, or students.

We accept submissions online through Scholastica. Within your submission, please include a C.V., a submission abstract, and full text version of the submission either in .doc or .pdf format. Alternatively, you may submit directly through email at lawbusrev@virginia.edu, though submission through Scholastica is preferred.
